I guess it would all depend on when you can fit it in. It seems if I wait until after work I am just to tired to go but I have found out that I do better before work very early in the morning, also it gives me tons of energy which is a plus and also I am not over eatting.

Try yogurt with some fresh fruit mixed in and granola. Cut up some fresh fruit and throw in some fat free sherbert. I take my breakfast to work with me but it would also work for a lunch. I really don't like them. :grumble: For the money I thought that they would have more flavor to them. I will stick with the Michalena's for 1/3 of the price and they are much better tasting and alot less cals. ect.. in them.
