  • Sizing up your servings The first step in portion control is to understand serving sizes, which may be smaller than you think. Use these visualizations to estimate appropriate serving sizes: A medium apple or orange is the size of a tennis ball. A medium potato is the size of a computer mouse. An average bagel is the size…
  • Hi, Well you really can't spot loose on your weight loss but what can really help is alot of cardio and to tone your muscles is to do resistance training or to weight lift to tone your area's. This means the more muscles that you have the more cals you will burn. Don't worry you won't bulk up if you lift weights to tone if…

What about adding some granola to the yogurt, String cheese, cottage cheese, 4oz. baked chicken breast. Sometimes you need to choose items that is good for you and also have the calories.

  • For me it would be chocolate ice cream. I don't even dare think about having it in the house because I would eat every bit of it.
  • Don't beat yourself up about what you had eatten, because it really doesn't help you in doing that. It can actually make yourself feel worse in the long run. I always have to remind myself of the following. I cannot change things for tommorrow because tommorow never comes, I can make the changes today because I have…
