Welcome and good luck. :smile: I do have a sugestion. Start paying yourselfself by losing weight (I did that years ago and it worked) I paid myself 2 rolls of pennies for every pound that I had lost and at the end of my weight lose I rewarded myself with the money I had earned

Just some info. I work at walmart (as long as it is a super center) and if you walk the inside perimter 7 times it is actually a little over a mile. A store I use to work at there, there were 6 people on a daily basis that would walk the inside of the store.:smile:

it sounds like you are gaining some muscle and if that is the case then sometimes you will actually gain weight. If you are doing weights with alot of reps. with a higher weight then you will build muscle. but if you do low weights with the same number of reps. you will tone. hope this helps

Off day to me means that I don't worry about exsercing or what I am eatting for that day. but I just don't sit around and do nothing either. I am extremly busy when I am not working exspecially on my 2 days off.
