  • I am going to agree with 4mykids. more than likely it is water gain. If you ate out alot then the resturants have a higher sodium content in the foods that are prepared for you than your t.v dinners ect.. It should take about a week for all of the water weight to come off.
  • When I am at the gym I will burn 750+ cals in 45 mins. on the Cybex. And then about 300 cals in 40 minutes for strength training. I don't count the excercise cals from strength training.

  • Well for me it about cals. I have noticed that if I try and keep my cals. to around 1050-2125 I am usually will in range but if I don't excercise I am always over aon a few of the items that I track.
