I'm 5'3.5" and while I'm not in my mid-twenties I'm excited to see similar goals! I'm currently 136lbs, started at 142.6 (heaviest was a few years ago at 155, but lost that kiddo pudge without much effort...) end goal is 120.

I mix it with Rotel (canned diced tomatoes and green chilis) but fresh tomatoes and chilis would be excellent as well!

I really would love to try coconut oil, but for every good thing I'm hearing about it I also read that it is bad for you (high in saturated fat maybe?). I know everything in moderation, but I just want to know anyones opinion who has heard negative things as well.
