  • I think you can build your meal on Wendy's website, so that way you would know exactly what to get before you get there and are tempted.... Enjoy! :smile:
  • I'm not sure of all the science behind it, but they say it helps. If the taste, or lack thereof, is getting you down...try splashing a little lemon or lime juice into it. That seems to help me get it down. :flowerforyou:

  • I would like to have friends in the area too! But, I "forced" ( :laugh: ) my husband to join and then had him go to one of the messages boards I had posted to and then once there he could click on my profile name & add me as a friend. That's one way to at least add those you know.....

I've got 4 years until renewal, so I KNOW it will be much better by then! I think I carry the weight better now too, but that might be the denial…
