Just a suggestion on the sweet tea cravings... Publix makes a "zero" calorie Diet Sweet Tea. I'm addicted and so is my husband and he didn't even like sweet tea before.

I have the same issue and I just indulged by eating 12 reeces peices.... not wonderful but it satisfied the craving and I didn't eat the whole back. Sometimes I will drink decaf coffee w/ a slpenda and a tablespoon of sugar free hot chocolate mix or chew on a piece of sugar free gum (usually Orbitz).

Now see I can enter my weight on the elliptical but that is it. The elliptical does have some kind of sensors that monitor my heart rate. I am 26 yrs old, 5'3 1/2, 227lbs. and today I did 26 mins on the elliptical during lunch at lvl 15 and it said I burned 305 calories. So that is slightly over 11 1/5 calories a minute. I…

Thanks for all the suggestions. I usually don't use salad dressing but I was just craving something a little more flavorful on my cucumber today. I will def check out some of the vinaigrettes... oh and the do it yourself honey mustard.. i LOVE LOVE LOVE mustard

The first time I tried the Elliptical I lasted a whole 2 minutes. Now I usually do it for between 30-40 minutes at a time with no break. My mom and I both tried this again. I almost took a trip to the ER my stomach pains were so bad. I was on it for about 3 months and did lose some weight but when I go the stomach pains I stopped and needless to say they weight just came right back on.

I'm new to this group... I'm 26 and my current weight is 230 and my goal weight is 150. Really looking for support since last week I busted butt in the gym everyday and two days I went twice and the scale didn't budge at all. Hoping this week will treat me better.
