  • Sounds great, pretty close to what I do as well. I workout 5-6 days a week at the gym 40 mins of cardio each time. Then about an hour of weights. I take 2 rest days and do yoga at home on those days.

  • I agree with Cdavis, they all work together. I find that if I just look at my protien, fat and carbs during the day I never go over on calories.
  • I'm doing a high protien low carb diet. Not losing any hair either. Stress can cause hair loss also. Last year my hair was falling out in handfulls!!!!!!!!! It was awful! Yeah, I'd go see a Dr if you're really worried about it, just to rule out any health reasons.
