I find that just walking helps. I want to keep my muscles stretched even if it hurts. If it's really bad I will take hot showers/baths, but mostly I find that if I keep moving (nothing difficult, of course, which is why I mention walking), I'm better in a day or two.

5'0" and hovering 120-125lbs. Would like to get down to 110, but really my current number doesn't bother me. I am just looking to get rid of all the extra fat on my body. Too much jiggling and squishing!!! Feel free to add me if you have a similar goal :D Might help me stick to mine!
