30 minnutes done on exercise bike set up in front of Tv watching the vuelta, This is the best I can do as haven't got a bike. I wanted HTC to win TTT:cry:

I like quorn sausages too, but seeing as my OH is a farmer he would go ape if he saw them in the fridge lol.

I just take a multi vit to make sure that I get everything I need. i know that we should get it all from food but just to make sure I take one of these every day. Not sure about all the specific vits in it but seems to work for me.

I'll join you I did the first day on tuesday nearly killed me :laugh: but am still doingthe 30ds so will do 6w6p every other day to go with it. I was so sore on wednesday that it took me 2 days to recover but am determined to carry on with it. good luck we can do it xx

Did D7L1 today after I had a go at 6 pack in 6 weeks, it was as hard at it looks so going to do that one every other day and keep the 30DS going till the end.

I know i'm still behind you guys but I'm sticking with it D7 L1 done, plus I had a go at level 1 6week 6 pack too that was hard, some of the moves I couldn't do so subbed them for other exercises.

L1D6 done can do it all now am going to try to incorporate some of the harder moves in and move from the basics, tried to do proper press ups and nearly fell on my face, so that one will have to wait. Hi I'm a secondary science teacher in the Uk and have been teaching for 4 years now and absolutely love the job.
