  • I'm in. Starting weight 171. Goal weight back to161. I put it in quickly, hopefully it won't take too long to get back. I'd be happy with 165 by February 14th.
  • I did the same thing. Here on MFP, people hold you accountable. I have used some of the tips that I learned on WW, but am finding MFP more user friendly. Welcome!
  • I'd like to try! Ugh, bicycle crunches are tough...good motivation!
  • 1) Record everything. This should be so easy, but it a tough habit for me to get into. 2) Eat slower. Weight watchers recommends one sip of water after every bite. 3) Workout a minimum of 3x a week. Two days in a row recording everything. I have tried to eat slower, this is still tough for me. Worked out twice so far!
  • I don't think you can get them in a bar, but I love carbonated flavored water (no cal) and flavored vodka. It is very refreshing in the summer time. Mix and match flavors. I love strawberry kiwi flavored water with peach vodka.
