  • Didn't weigh in this morning. Was gone for the weekend and think I did ok as far as the eating goes. Exercise was way off. My husband and I are going to start the P90X workout together. I am not sure how I will do but am willing to get through it all. Tomorrow morning will be my weigh-in for the week.
  • Checking in to say I am down 5 pounds total. I did cheat some this weekend but that was ok too. Didn't go overboard, just didn't keep track of everything either. However, I will add that I didn't over indulge as well. This is great.
  • Accountability for today - I walked (briskly) the dog this morning at 5:20 until 6:00. Wahoo for me. I have lost 2 lbs since I started on this site a few weeks ago too. Tracking food/exercise is a chore but worth it. All good things are worth the effort!!!
  • Count me in. I would like to release 15-20 lbs total. I am taking a cruise the end of the year and I am very disappointed with my current weight. I haven't weighed this for at least 10 years. YUCK!!!! Accountabilty here I come. Exactly what I needed.
