    You guys seem like a great group and I would love to join! I normally weigh in on Mondays and my goal for June is 10 pounds.

    i'd like to join too, my weight right now is 174.4 and i'd like to lose 8lbs for my anniversary at the end of june :)

    Hi i would like to join this group if not too late.

    current weight 154.8lb as of 2 weeks ago, didnt loose any last week dont know whether at a plateau at the moment, will now tomorrow as tuesdays is my weigh day.

    i would like to loose 7lbs by end of june.

    Hey wendytobin, its never to late to join, anyone is welcome anytime ♥

    I am not sure how you ladies want to do this, you can either come in update the list with your loses (by copy pasting the list of people) or you can leave a message let me know what your lose is and I will update the master list?

    Either way, we will get there, if no one has updated the list, I will send you a reminder message...............

    Come on we can do it!

    Count me in too please. Starting weight is 217 and I want to lose 7lbs by 6/30.

    I would like to jump in! I so need to release some pounds for life! I have several events and vacations coming up and need to step it up. I'm not setting any goals, I just want to release as much as I can and keep it going until I reach 135 pounds.

    Starting Weight (Feb 9th) - 211
    Current Weight (May 31st) - 183
    Goal Weight - 150

    I want to be ten pounds lighter by July 1st.

    Hi!

    I am totally in for this! Is it too late to join? I soooo enjoyed the stories everyone shared about their weight loss, so I figured I would post mine.

    In about 2004 I was an obese 7th grader whose eating was out of control. Fortunately for me, I took control and lost roughly 35 pounds. Ever since then, I have been very active, never missed a workout, and have tried to stay healthy.

    Nevertheless, I am still overweight at about 190 pounds at 5 11. I am a grazer. My problem is not choosing the right things, it is eating way too much of the right things, or eating when I am not actually hungry! It is that time between dinner and bed that usually trips me up, but I am working hard to kick that habit.

    Every day is a battle, and I have struggled to loose more than ten pounds, but this summer that is going to change! Next fall, I will be attending the college of my dreams and I will be going there at least 20 pounds lighter!

    I really appreciate JoJo starting this group! I really needed a support group, without having to pay the fee for things like WW and Jenny Craig!

    By the end of June I would like to be, no scratch that, I will be 8 pounds lighter for a weight of 182. By August 21st (the day I arrive on campus), I will be 165-170 pounds!

    Okay kids, not sure how we're doing this yet as far as posting but I'm going to post my weight as of this a.m. and check in every week with my progress.

    Tuesday, June 1, 2010 SW - 155.

    So there it is, 155 pounds. My goal for June is to lose 5 pounds.

    Of note, there is a clean eating challenge for June on the board also if anyone wants to join that to coincide with your June weight loss goal.

    I already signed up and I will weigh in on Thursdays but I wanted to give a little background. My weight got out of control in my 20s since no one tells you to stop eating crap and as much of it as you want. At 28 I went on e-diets, which is the same format as this but costs money. I lost 35 lbs and looked fabulous. I ran into my high school sweetheart, had a couple of kids, and now I'm 60 lbs overweight. We had some rough patches so I know where this came from but now that we are married and life is good I expected the weight to fall off but :noway: it didn't. I also never learned how to exercise after having kids.

    I'm learning to fit exercise in and the kids love to do it with me which I never expected so that keeps me going to. I also like being accountable for how much I eat. I never realized how out of control my eating was before this. Well, I do now so it's got to stop.

    Can't wait to go on this journey with all of you. Best of health to everyone!

    Hi ladies................I hope your all ready for this, I was until I got home from work and my other half made a huge Cottage Pie :-) Bless Him.........I guess a quarter of it will do for me, with plenty of veggies haha, he will have to get the other 3/4 down somehow ha ha.

    The list I have so far is below, if there are any late joiners dont worry I will just keep adding names, its never too late to join :smile:

    For those of who who are ok with copy and pasting, thats fine you can update the list, or if you want to post your losses, I will update the master list and repost anyway, eitherway it will be done, I will keep my eye on it daily.

    I do plan on doing motivational groups every month, if there are any ladies/gents upfor it, the only month I cant do it is for July, as I am away on holiday (££££lbs lbs lbs gulps).

    I'm in. I just started things over today. I'm looking for a big month. I'm setting my goal at 15 lbs. I'm expecting a large first week loss since that always happens, so that is why I'm setting the goal so high.

    June 1st: 261.0 lbs
    June 30th Goal: 246.0 lbs

    Hello everybody what a wonderful day it's been so far. I jumped on my elliprical Machine did 15 mins this morning, my goal is to push myself to reach 20 mins by the end of the week. I have given up all processe food and loving the way I'm felling. It's June 1st everyone let get moving because the year is half over. We don't want to look back at the end of June and still be in the same place we are today. Our weight release is LIMITLESS so I don't put a limit on it anymore! We WILL do this!817275.png

  • Count me in. I would like to release 15-20 lbs total. I am taking a cruise the end of the year and I am very disappointed with my current weight. I haven't weighed this for at least 10 years. YUCK!!!! Accountabilty here I come. Exactly what I needed.

    how are we recording it, are we copying and pasting what you have just edited and putting weight lost against our name or deleting what the initial figure was to what it is after weigh in? i.e. i want to loose 7lbs, today i have lost 1.2lbs, therefore do i change my 7lbs to 5.8lbs?? or just record loss next to it, hope i am making sense!!

    Hi Wendy, you can do it which ever way you want to hun...for my own I am going to have my target -weigh lost=left to go (now I hope I am making sense?),

    If your ok with editing/copy/pasting yourself feel free, if not then I shall do it, I will update my master list anyway just in case there are any issues along the way :-)

    And hey, congrats on your loss this week Wendy, well done..........I have my weigh in tomorrow now I am scared LMAO :laugh:
