Set MFP to the amount they recommend and eat more. For the amount of working out you are doing you really need to eat more.

You would need to eat to at least maintain or at a bit of a surplus to build muscle. Lisa's body on BodyRock is insane. You could totally get ripped and lower your body fat % doing those workouts.

I would still say you are hourglass. bust and hips have to be close to the same measurement and it sounds like yours are. 3 inches is not much of a difference and as long as your waist is 10 inches smaller than your hips then you are hourglass shaped.
