I'm a shift worker too. . I find I have to just treat my night shifts exactly like a day shift. I pack the same foods and eat breakfast, lunch and supper. .just not in the same order as a day shift. Make sure you get your workouts in, I like to go before work or during my breaks, and get lots of sleep. Drink lots of water.

Try planning your meals just like during the week. .Pretend you're packing your lunch for school/work/whatever you do and stick to eating that during the day. Throw in an extra workout to gain some extra calories to treat yourself

Hey everyone!! I'm 26, and work shiftwork as a ER nurse. The shifts can reek havoc on my eating habits, I end up eating out too often. Looking to lose about 35lbs total, tone up and look/feel great in my own skin! Can't wait to start this challenge, I'm hoping it'll really boost my motivation.

Hey all, I'm 26, from Ontario, Canada. Feel free to add! Can always use more support!

Yesterday I went to East Side Marios, and my sister and I totally shared their chocolate lava cake thing. . couldn't resist, and I loved every bite. . Just start fresh again tomorrow!

Eat something healthy before you go, so you won't be as hungry. Try meat without the bun so reduce some calories. And don't worry too much about going over, enjoy yourself, tomorrow starts fresh
