I'm a shift worker too. . I find I have to just treat my night shifts exactly like a day shift. I pack the same foods and eat breakfast, lunch and supper. .just not in the same order as a day shift. Make sure you get your workouts in, I like to go before work or during my breaks, and get lots of sleep. Drink lots of water.0
