i LOVE these - make them all the time. And will often add 1-2 tbsp. of ground flax seed - it adds fiber AND really helps thicken up the mixture. and you dont even taste it.

WATER! important. very. and same as sandrahullema - i keep a 24 oz bottle with me at all times. and i've become rather obsessed with propel zero fitness water mix - i throw 1/2 a packet (or less) into my bottle and it adds a nice light flavor. and it has a few vitamins in it.

yep- THAT. i usually do the water/eggs/etc. thing until i'm good enough to face outside, and then go for a long, brisk walk. im sure it's not scientifically true, but "sweating out the alcohol" (& releasing endorphins) really helps. a lot.

speaking of greek yogurt- DESSERT/creamy/sweet yoplait or oikos makes Key Lime Pie Greek Yogurt. Through it into one of those Keebler ready-made mini pie crusts add a tiny plop of whipped creme and you've got yourself a mini key lime pie - and all totally burnable during a regular work-out!

my (water weight) and tummy go down significantly even after only 5 days of no diet-coke. would LOVE to try it as well, but i rely on a diet coke or seltzer & vodka as an occasional cocktail.. can we say no more than 2-3 glasses per week??
