i lovesnacking on (plain) cheerios - they're not too high in carbs, but they're crunchy and starchy. and they're high in iron and low in sugar. so all things considered, a great thing to have under my desk at work.

GERBER GRADUATES or PLUM ORGANICS cereal puffs. AMAZING. they also make apple-sauce pakcets that are about 60 cal, each and since they're squeezable, they dont require spoons!

Hi All! Looking to get back into more serious (aka ACCURATE!) logging and exercise. Got the first 10 off and almost the 2nd 10, but got lazy and now have to get back to it. Generally work out 3-4 times per week, but now that it's getting warmer out (i'm NYC) I'll probably be outside & walking more. Always up for motivation!

Im a HUGE fan of LL Bean swim suits. they hold up REALLY well and are avail in a ton of mix-&-match options. Athleta also makes a lot, more sporty-inspired, but again, hold up well and they do a lot of their styles in larger cup options if needed.

I"m a huge fan of Gatorade Propel Zero mix. It's basically just a water-flavor powder, but it has a few vitamins in it - & more importantly, i upped my water intake from 5-6 glasses to over 11/12 each day without even trying. now i combine regular water with flavored, but it was the perfect way to start.

i think there is a difference between drunk-eating and binging. binging implies excessive consumption with no real joy in it - you're not eating because you want that food, you're eating because you can't stop. and feel miserable before, during, and after. drunk eating (or even just a high calorie day here & there) happens…

YEP! me too. it's my general ring tone. although my parents are the west wing theme, my sister is the (original!) 90210 theme, my best friend is the HIMYM theme... and a few others are the true blood theme... yeah... i need to get out more...

I'm a huge fan of club soda/seltzer with a splash of cranberry juice with a lime. the calories added from the cran are minimal, and if you're not a fan of plain club soda/seltzer it really does add flavor.

I have one of those stretchy bands with handles- you can, with a little practice, work your entire body between commercials. (TONS! of videos on youtube to show examples.) I love that it takes up no space & I can do rounds in my tiny studio apt. I also do a round of squats, lunges, butt lifts, & some abs.

I'm a big fan of the Yoplait Greek 100 - particularly the key lime and the berry ones!
