  • well I have tried a lot to keep FM away lol I sometimes take 3 baths a day bc I find the water helps to relax my muscles, I also have found that if I keep on a regular schedule of sleep (sometimes the insomnia beats me) ...good food and finding a friend to chat about this with is very helpful! :)

  • I would say no matter what type of relationship you are in it is best to look at first the way you want to be treated and to figure out why you believe it is acceptable to be talked to in a degrading manner whether or not it is "joking" it can still be as harmful to your self esteem. (been there done that)

  • I totally understand as this last week i was on the (stress/sad) diet without my consent or wanting it.....ahhh darn break ups and being dumped! no fun....if you dont feel like it -what can you do? you gotta just do what you can that makes you feel ok during this time.....
  • I think losing weight or changing our lifestyle is basically what its all about...sometimes we will move up and down the scales but the difference comes in the way that you feel overall :)
