I looked up the syntha 6 stuff and they have an orange smoothie flavor! I think that'd be great with the kind I wanna make! I made this a couple nights ago, (Skinny Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo) http://www.celebrations.com/content/skinny-chicken-broccoli-alfredo Except I substituted penne for the fettuccine since penne is what I had on hand. :P But it was actually REALLY good!!

Well as long as you're continuing to get the proper nutrition, which it sounds like you are, then I think you should be fine. V8 juice is DEFINITELY a HUGE part of my diet and I've seen great results with it.
