I weight myself every morning, first thing in the morning before I eat of drink. Yes, every morning is a little obsessive but if I didn't make a habit out of it I would probably forget to do it weekly so I just do it as part of my daily routine.

I refill mine all the time- sometimes I will use the same one for a good two weeks or so. It's never hurt me and saves me money...

I love the 30 day Shred I bought the DVD in 2009 and try to do Level Two a few times a month (I think its harder than level three). Its a great video as are most of Julians. Are you doing all three levels each day or one at a time? If you are only doing one 20/25 minute workout a day I suggest doing something active but…
