I agree. eat what you want when you want it~ just figure out how much you can have before you eat it~ then make it work. You will learn sometmes it isn't worth it and sometimes it is :) Try to be consistent so you will lose!:flowerforyou:

I am 5'3" and my goal is for 125. I am pretty far away, so only time will tell if that will be the right weight for me. Plus I am 58, and I may have to stop at 140 or so, just so I won't look so old! I just made it to 196, I started last July. and it has been so slow since Christmas. I welcome any friends also. Deb

either a packaged dinner of smart ones, lean cuisine, or leftovers from home. saves money, and by planning ahead i know what to count~ and less likely to overeat. i also take fruit for snacks when i am hungry. a clementine or apple. i bring bottled water and my own creamer for coffee. every day, but only record losses. i do keep track of weight on the calendar so i can see my weight loss trends. it helps me not be upset with the up fluctuations of water weight :) i lost 30 last year, and have reset my ticker to make myself work harder.
