I've been healthy eating and doing nothing but Zumba and I've lost 13lbs and about an inch from my breasts, waist and hips. Its been a month today since i started :)

And the source which tells me I have burnt that many is apparently quite accurate to that of a heart rate monitor. I think it depends what you drink because a lot of alcohol is very high in calories. But i drink weight watchers wine. I drank almost 2 bottles one night only a couple of days before weigh in and also because I was strict with my food i still lost about 3lbs :)

Buying new shoes sounds like a great idea! any excuse is a good one!! haha :) and I got weighed this morning and i didn't just lose 1lb i lost 3! so 10lbs in total :) Thanks for the advice!

OMG! I know exactly what you mean and totally feel your pain! This is exactly what I'm like :( I would always say to myself: "I'm not gunna do a silly diet and I'm still going to allow a treat every day" BUT.... this would always cause me to say i'll just have on biscuit.. or just half that ice cream.. but would always end…

You know the 1200 calories you say you can eat a day? Don't pay any attention to that, you want to look at your 'net' calories…
