I still drink beer but I didn't start losing quickly until I started to keep it in moderation one or two a week ( craft beer is ridic...my favorite is the mojo ipa 338 calories a pint...boo) I still drink everyday pretty much but its a glass of wine or a vodka diet to keep the calories down.

I try so hard to work on my belly...even high school sized I was always asked how far along i am...ugggh this is why i reaaly really reallly started hitting the gym again....i will prove you all wrong work ladies I am NOT pregnant. Other than that I've grown accustomed to it.

- keeping a water bottle around at all times - working out 6x a week 30-60min - lots of veggies and salads - beans - cutting down on alcohol - eating out once a week ( instead of every day) so far its been going fairly well, I feel a lot healthier

I work out a little longer, stretch and breathe in a quiet place, and then sit in the sauna or steam room....followed by a nice vodka diet tonic ( if i'm super stressed...i know bad bad bad)

I do the same thing! Today I thought I was being healthy at lunch by skipping chips and the cheese on my turkey sandwich at subway....boooy was I wrong a footlong even with lots of veggies and lite mayo clocked in 670 calories! Sodium always shocks me too....so hard to stay under and I dont even add salt to anything!

ya i def track sodium! its amazing how quickly it can get out of hand! im not 100% amazing at being under but i know its terrible and hides in everything.... baby steps.

thanks I'll hang in there, just seemed weird that it was going down and up and down and up by 5-7lbs each week. guesss i'll just save up the bucks for a scale at home to be sure!

I make it the night before. Sundays i usually roast a chicken and then by day 3 I can mash it up into some healthy chicken salad on an english muffin and then a container of cottage cheese...LOTS OF PROTEIN!!!
