I've successfully lost weight in every body part besides my stubborn lower belly. I've tried reverse crunches, leg lifts, and every crunch possible but it wont budge! Anyone have any good moves to try at the gym?

Things I'm Salty about
So after my workout yesterday I wanted a fancy coffee drink so I went for the nonfat sugar free iced raspberry latte....130 calories ( eh ok) but freaking 18grams of sugar....SERIOUSLY really how does that happen. What can I order ( besides just coffee) to treat myself but not have so much sugar?

Calories and Working Out
So I'm set at losing 2lbs a week with the 1200 cal a day and work out almost every day allowing me to eat an extra 400-600 calories a day. I feel that's a lot to eat and still lose weight.
