Calories and Working Out

So I'm set at losing 2lbs a week with the 1200 cal a day and work out almost every day allowing me to eat an extra 400-600 calories a day. I feel that's a lot to eat and still lose weight. Do I have to eat all the calories I burned off? I understand that its set at 1200 to lose weight even if you dont work out but 1600-1800 calories is nuts!

I eat over 2000 when I work out. Why is it nuts? I just looked. My body needs 1500 calories a day to lay in bed and do nothing. Then I burn 500 calories a day to do daily things like clean, eat, pee, whatever. Then I burn 600 calories a day with exercise. So yeah, if I eat 2000, I still have the calorie deficit required to lose the weight I want...0

Not nuts, perfectly logical. When you workout you need more cals to fuel your body... But as you still have a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. Great!0
