  • Isn't PF the one that doesn't have any of these, or is that just exaggeration?
  • Right, so none then. Just random nonsense, exactly how it reads. There are two possibilities. On the whole people are good, so rather than being a qualified charlatan, it's more likely that your 'nutritionist' is just someone that doesn't know what they're talking about.
  • If you think you can make money at beach body you know nothing about; Business Marketing Fitness Nutrition. http://www.vandruff.com/mlm.html You also can't read the little date next to the OP. Stop making fake accounts and bumping this junk to try and get leads.
  • So I should just randomly try any product before forming an opinion? Like meth? Crack? Coke? You've not tried it, you're not allowed an opinion! Just because all of medicial science is against it, their facts don't count! If you say anything negative, like these substances will destory your life, you're just butt hurt!
  • I've not heard of this. Which clinical guidelines is this following?
  • So science and maths works. Who knew?
  • You have to fail at the juice plus diet first. If you've invested in the MLM side, you have to expend all of your finances and alienated your family and friends on a pipe dream too. Then go back to normal eating and gain a few pounds. Then realise eating a healthy variety of foods at a moderate deficit is the way to go. So…
  • It's true with 'bells and olympic lifts, you just can't teach heavy. However, it takes time to teach confidence.
  • Wolverson are amazing but I might try these https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/kettlebells/cast-iron-kettlebells.html They're cheap but look OK. Ideally if you could get a few goes on someone elses before you're sure and commit to a comp standard one (although I have 7 and they're all cheap iron ones). I don't think I've used…
  • There's no such thing as a good 4kg one, apart from the difficult to find and very expensive competition standard ones (usually used for demos). You're going to be quickly disappointed with an 8kg. I think that with patience or under instruction you'd be find with a 12kg, but I really wouldn't recommend you getting smaller…
  • What's your budget and what weight are you going for? ETA; I don't recommend from Amazon, Argos, Asda (or Tesco it's not just the starting with 'A') and definitely don't recommend vinyl covered.
  • I got a well done for my high protein granola and high calcium milk this morning! 910kcal on breakfast, but a great choice! https://www.dropbox.com/s/7hpzbe34ugk50sn/2014-05-10%2004.16.52.png A well done on my high protein tuna, but a chide reminder of my sugar goals when I logged my vegetable soup. Going to see if I can…
  • No, and your friend needs to cut his losses with his new 'income'. http://www.vandruff.com/mlm.html
  • That's cheating.
  • It does, it's got a new way of doing it. Go to diary. Choose date food is already in. Select the pencil icon on top right of screen. Select food, then select copy icon at top right of screen... sure you were ok after the word pencil.
  • Anyone who tries and fails at one of these '30 day challenge' things needs to remember; It's not you or your level of dedication, they are just terribly written programs with ridiculous expectations. Nobody gets fit quickly. Anyone that completes these - probably already could do the last workout before they started…
  • There's no such thing as natural sugar, it's just sugar. You'll be fine. The only concern is that individuals sometimes struggle to keep under caloric goals if they have a high percentage of sugar, compared to those choosing the higher satiating protein or fat options. This doesn't appear to be your problem judging from…
  • So juicing isn't a process. Processing is where you add nasty CHEMICALS, like H2O, right? Gotcha.

  • Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead is an advert by a juicer salesman with a broken moral compass. There are no benefits to juicing other than variety.

  • It's strange. You would've thought it would go to iOS first. Historically they (iOS customers); usually get things first, like being told what they want, and enjoy fruitless functions that other's just find annoying. But then if it's in Beta, perhaps the affected haven't found this thread yet. or the internet.
  • As page 1 this thread. Everytime I scanned to add another slice of the same bread yesterday it did it. Today it's doing it even when I select it from recent foods.
  • Looks like this for those that can't wait. https://www.dropbox.com/s/wlxj0tql2ra4pbn/2014-05-08%2020.10.22.png
  • Ok, it just said well done for hitting my protein target. Unfortunately that was just due to the serving size bug mentioned earlier that's been going on for months. Then Mother nagged me that I'm getting to my calorie goal. Then Mother nagged me that I'm getting to my calorie goal. Then Mother nagged me that I'm getting to…
  • Probably nobody will read this, but I said intermittently. I don't know what the triggers are, but it doesn't trigger in everything. You appear to need the latest update on android for annoying messages. I love how everyone is trying to update so they can joim in the moan.
  • It always happens with my vegetables, because the portion sizes are usually 80g instead of 100g.
  • No, I've got a problem that if I change a portion size a gram and then add 245 of them or whatever; it goes back to the original portion size and adds a six figure number to my calorie count! Like you though, I'm glad that rather than fixing these known issues, they've spent their time making the app let me know that bread…
  • We might have an opportunity to come up with a community name for this feature! What shall we call it? Judgement Mode Lunk Alarm Traffic Light Mode Shouldn't Be Trusted To Feed Myself Mode
  • The app knows I've cleared 1000 consecutive days. I just scanned another slice of the same bread, into the same meal. The app once again told me it was a good choice as it is low in fat. New feature is dumb and I need a way to turn it off.
  • They're new. On droid. Today.
