The clown movie IT. My dad knew the movie pretty well and would have me and my siblings go up to television when he knew the clown was going to pop up randomly. Got us every time. :laugh:

I really like my polar ft4 hrm. It's simple; tells me my heart rate, calories burned and time elapsed. It's also very cute and not bulky on the wrist. :smile: I bought mine from Amazon.

I'm in the same boat as you! A couple years ago I lost about 30 pounds using MFP but also went back to my bad eating habits. This time around I'm defiantly looking for more support, and I'm also sticking to 1200-1300 cals a day :)

I just got a treadmill about a month ago and I love it, though I do get VERY bored looking straight at the wall in front of me. Course! :) When I lost the first 8 pounds I rewarded myself with new workout gear. 18lbs- New shoes 28- New compression shorts & item from VS 33- Yoga book/DVD & hoodie I want 38- all new clothes. :)
