I can only do about 10 girly push ups for each set. It's hard! I'm doing day 9 tonight and my goal is to do the girly push ups for the whole time. Real push ups will have to come later. Maybe when I finish 30 DS, I'll have better upper body that will allow me to do a push up then.

Honey, I can see a difference. Your stomach has gotten smaller and I see a big difference in your back. Way to go chickie!!! I'm on day 9 and I don't see a difference either but I'm taking pictures tomorrow so hopefully then I'll see something.

Hi all... I just completed day 8 and I so agree with above comments, I'm feeling much stronger and I actually feel awesome after I do the video. The first 3 days are the hardest and then it gets better. I couldn't even go to the bathroom and sit without wanting to cry at first. Start again and keep going - it gets better!!

I so wish I could get my butt back in gear and quit smoking again. I quit last year for about 5 months but gained like 30 lbs so I'm just scared at this point - mental stuff is fighting with me. Congratulations on making it a week - your doing awesome and keep it up! I will be with you soon! :)

I'm 6' and as of last week weighed 230. My highest weight was 242.50. I'm trying. Goal weight is 170 and I'm really hoping to reach my goal by Oct 2012. Good luck to all. As many others have said here, people trip out when I tell them what I weigh, they're like NO WAY. The height helps cover up I guess.

Well, I've tried 30 DS before but gave up after day 5. I'm on day 7 lv 1 now. I'm anal about processes and such so I'm doing 10 days each so I can benefit from all three levels. I might do lv 1 just a couple more days to stay in sync with the group and plus, I think I'm scared to go to lv 2, lol..

OMG, I hate doing the push up's and then the front leg lunges or whatever they're called. I feel so weak in my arms that push ups kick my butt - even the girly version. I only do about 10-15 and then I'm done. And those lunges, kills my knees but I try to keep doing the whole thing. My only problem with the jumping jacks…

I like many others am on day 5 before because day 6 or 7 is when I usually quit so I wanted to be in the group to find the support I need to continue. Day 1 people, do not give up after tomorrow, you will hurt but keep going!!!

I'm doing it everyday. Last time I attempted 30DS, I was going to take a day off and never started again. Today is day 5 for me but I'm just trying to give myself a head start but will do it with this group along the way. How do you take Cassein Protein? Do you mix it with water and drink it?
