No, you're not the only one struggling harder past 40 :-) It helps to log, so I noticed. And each time "I can't find the time to work out" I seem to gain weight. So, this time I'll try with support to and from community members. Add me if you like, anyone up for some team work? My goal is 36 lbs before summer.

Well, I didn't stay on the plateau, I raced by and gained 20 lbs again, so I started logging again a few weeks ago. If you add me, I'll try to beat you on the 20 lbs - up for the challenge? :-)

Welcome back! It's great to use MFP as an accountability tool - I lost almost 38 lbs using it. Then I stopped logging and Bam... gained 20 lbs in no time. I just started logging again and with 5 lbs lost, I feel I'm on the right track again, but still some work and fighting to do. So, stay on track, keep logging untill…

Hi, I'm obviously not in your situation ATM, but what will always work and make a good habit is "Walk, walk, walk...." You can even take your daughter with you. Good luck :-)
