Need motivation and support help!

Hi everyone! My name is Katie and I’m looking for My Fitness Pal buddies to keep me on track! I’ve lost about 20 lbs but I still have 20 left to go! This is usually the point where I hit a plateau because I get complacent and accept the 20 lbs as "good enough". If you’re looking for help too…or evn just up for the challenge let’s try doing this together, even if it’s just online! We all need support and motivation right!? Add me a friend.

    Feel free to add me. Congrats on your 20 lb loss. I'm at 17 want to loose 3 more then set a new goal of 10-15 more. Love to encourage and receive a bit too!

    Well, I didn't stay on the plateau, I raced by and gained 20 lbs again, so I started logging again a few weeks ago. If you add me, I'll try to beat you on the 20 lbs - up for the challenge? :-)
