I decided to go by my waist measurement rather then what was on the scale. I am currently a 32 in the waist and would be happy at a 30.

My suggestion would be since you wanna do 4 days a week. go to the gym the two days you get off at 2pm and the 2 days you have off work.

eat the calories!! your body could be going into starvation mode if you have too few net calories for the day, preventing you from losing weight.

I always say something is better then nothing! and you dont necessarily need a gym. you can use other day to run or walk outside. or find a park/benches and do some strength training. mix it up a bit

I love spin class! but let me tell you at first i hated it! i went more and more and my endurance built like crazy. I love the intensity and its a challenge everytime but once it is over, I feel great! i stay stick with it a couple more classes and you may like it!

40 pounds is HUGE! dont be so hard on yourself. you are doing great. and friends always tend to discourage without realizing they are. so keep on doing what you are doing.

Don't be discouraged! That is muscle you are gaining!!! I like to weigh myself about once a month because my weight goes so up and down. but trust me, you are still on the right track and progressing. keep it going!!! BE ENCOURAGED

I was thinking the same about the fruit and other healthy food with sugar. I didn't have any added sugar or sweets and still went over like crazy. And when i workout i usually burm a bunch of calories so it adds on over 500 making it feel imposdible to eat that much more! Thanks for the feedback. I feel a bit better now.
