pretty excited about fitting into a pair of jeans that I have never been able to wear. my friend likes to give me her clothes when they get to big for her...well big for her was still too small for me. but i kindly accepted. now they are on and fitting comfortably!!! yeaaa

Not catching on
i am not catching on to how to balance my meals. I have over 500 calories left but I'm over on protein fiber and sugar for the day. What could I possibly eat to get the calories and not continue to go over for dinner/snack. Or what could I change for tomorrow? Please check my diary. I Thanks!

over 800 cal left for the day
I have logged all my meals and snacks for the day. I see my calories for lunch and dinner is pretty low (around 200). I need help in what I can add to both meals. I still have over 800 calories left in the day!

Carb crazy
Today was my first day trying out MFP. At the end of the day I have went over my carbs so much but I did not even have any sweets (like I love to have often). How can I change this in the future? Check my food diary please and I'll take any feedback
