Me too! I've done 30DS, Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack so I feel like I'm in good shape. I just started adding some of the 10 minute extreme slimdown workouts to my routine and I'm in pain! Awesome! It gets easier every time. When you complete the 30 days, go back and do level 1 again and you will be amazed that you ever had a problem with it. Really, you will get there!

Yes, level 2 is painful! Especially those v fly squats. I scream during those. ;) The planks will make you stronger. You won't even remember having a problem with them eventually if you stick with it. I've been doing a 10 minute pilates ab workout (from exercise tv) every day. Honestly, I've never been able to feel a burn like that with other ab workouts so I'm going to stick with it.

I've done both. 30 DS is much better to start with if you are not already in good shape. Level 1 of Ripped was a little easy for me since I did it immediately after the shred. However, levels 3 and 4 of Ripped are really hard! Much harder than anything in the shred. I couldn't imagine trying to do those workouts without…

I did day 2 today. 20 push ups broken into 4 sets 5,4,6,5 with 75 second breaks. I didn't need the whole break time but the pushups were hard!
