WOOOO HOOOO!!!!! I just finished day 2 of level 1. Must say that I feel really good. Glad that I waited the extra day to recover before trying it again. I think I was able to give it my all again. Hopefully it won't take as long to recover from this workout. Burned about 350 calories though!!!!!0

omgmy 3rd day was yesterday and it was harder than the 1st and 2nd! IDK it might be bc of this chest cold i've had tho but good for you! Keep it up!0

Day 3 for me today too - will be doing it after work tonight, have to admit i'm not as sore as i thought i would be but maybe i need to put more effort into it??0

OMG seriously? I am using 2kg each hand and it absolutely kills me on the side lunge arm lift thing. I have to drop one and use one weight! I did Day 3 Level 1 this morning, I can hardly walk, sitting down hurts, standing up hurts, lifting a cup of coffee to my mouth hurts but... I LOVE IT.0 -
Awesome! It gets easier every time. When you complete the 30 days, go back and do level 1 again and you will be amazed that you ever had a problem with it. Really, you will get there!0

lol i know - i want to hurt so i know i've worked out you know? At the moment i'm not getting that and so in my head i don't feel like the workouts are doing anything for me... :indifferent:
But yea the 6.6lb weights KILL me during the side lunge arm life thing - but then my arms don't hurt the next day?0 -
Yesterday should have been level 1 day 2 for me...but on day one I had no weights so used 2litre milk bottles... difficult shape...so just back from purchasing some 2kg weights... shall do my day 2 today... wish me luck!0

We, husband and I are on Day 5. We took a 3 day break.....after day 3 we were both hurting, me more than him. I do feel stronger on some of the moves especially pushups and squats, but those damn jump ropes and side lunges with arm raises kick my azz. Husband is pretty fit and it is a workout for him too.0

Ah, you're right! L1D3 was much easier than the other 2 days & I'm considerably less sore now. After days 1 & 2 I could only bend over halfway, now I've found my toes again0

Don't feel bad about day 2, it was my day 2 yesterday and I gave up after about 7 minutes when I had a bit of a strop at Gillian for making it so painful and awful. I will try again today and hopefully have the same success that you have x0 -
I thought I was in decent shape but this is challenging me. I'm doing Day 3 L1 today. Looking forward to it but not as easy as I thought Level 1 would be. Finishing up B210K tomorrow and then off to 1/2 marathon training. Will be interesting to see if I can do this or if I have to back off a bit. Kinda stalled for 10 days in the weight loss department. Won't panic. Just happy I'm eating well and exercising and not beating myself up!! Here's to Day 3!!!!!0

Tomorrow morning will be day 8 of level 3 for me. Some days are harder than others and I must admit I wanted to quit level 2 every day. No matter how hard just keep going and do the best YOU can. Challenge yourself the best you can and keep going. As you've seen it pays off!0

I just finished day 10 of level 1. Officially onto level 2! I might take tomorrow off and start level 2 on Saturday, but I haven't decided yet. I watched level 2, and oh my, I'm scared lol, but I'm excited to do something different.0
