Best Ab Routine?

Happy Friday!
I want to add a good ab routine to my already 45 min workout. I don't want it to take too long. I was looking into JM 6 pack in 6 weeks but I can't imagine getting up an entire 30 minutes earlier!
Have any of you had great results with a less time consuming ab program?

Have you tried either of the TRX stuff, you train your major muscles and core at the same time.
Have just bought the RIP trainer, its mazing and really challenges your core as you workout0 -
There are 10 Minute Solutions videos out there that are great and fast. I have the Pilates DVD and it has 5 workouts . . . one of them being the ab workout. You can choose 1 workout, all 5 workouts or customize it for how much time you have.
Here is their website: http://www.the10minutesolution.com/series/index.html

weighted ab work produces the best results, besides things that work the core like deadlifts and squats etc0

I've been doing a 10 minute pilates ab workout (from exercise tv) every day. Honestly, I've never been able to feel a burn like that with other ab workouts so I'm going to stick with it.0

I was thinking of looking to see what they were offering on demand. I think I saw the 10 pound slim down bonus ab routine on there too.
I'll try them both out...maybe alternate which one I do each day to keep it fun.0 -
also i'd recommend training abs every other day max, usually once or twice a week should suffice0

Great! I was planning on every other day. I don't have a great amount of time to work out when my hubby is home from overseas - I mean who wants to be in the gym and not with their best bud?
He has TONS of weights and other sorts of work out goodies in the spare room. The weighted vest has been awesome for lunges and squats!
Since I made it to my target weight I cut back my cardio and HIT and started focusing on strength training. I added in the butt bible last week every other day and thought to myself "Why not add in some abs on the other days"
You guys gave me a lot of great tips to get started off with.0 -
I added in the butt
Bad choice of words hahahaha0
