I'm kind of hitting a wall this week, I've been watching my carbs ( 30-40 carbs/day) for about 4 months. I feel good, but I think I'm may be getting bored with my menus.

I liked the low fat cheese sticks. They had 8gm protein and only 50-70 calories( depending on the brand) I keep several in the fridge at work, for quick snacks

When I first started lower carb eating, I had the same thing happen to me. Feeling a little tired lasted for a week or so for me, and I also had increased urination. Level one day three all done!!! I used 5 lbs weights for everything except the side lunge/lat raise. I had to drop down to three lb weights for that one. That exercise is a killer!!

I say you are on day three. A lot of people take 1 or 2 days off a week.

Just posting my first work out. I don't do 30 straight days. I started today so that I can (hopefully) finish the same day as the group Workout #1 Level one I used 3 and 5 lb weights.....I still hate the dreaded side lung arm raise. I had the same problem when I was an the elliptical. I changed shoes to one with a more flexible sole. With the new shoes and looser laces, the problem has resolved.
