  • "He purposed and she said yes! Or was it the other way around? However it happened..." That's how my wedding invitations started and it was so true. Neither of us really purposed, we were four months pregnant and madly in love so we just mutually decided we should do it. I waddled down the isle two months later!
  • If you're losing weight becouse of the breastfeeding i would try to stick with it, it's what's best for baby! I'm a bfing mother also and when i started dieting my milk supply dropped until I increased my calories, so if you're worried about baby getting enough that would be my first suggestion. If that scares you like it…

  • I'm really good at getting frustrated and giving up way too easy, so I hope you are right about the two week thing. I know this is what is best for myself and my babies, I just have to grow some will power. lol

  • Hello every one! I am new to the group, I have a two month old and a two year old and I am finally ready to get rid of my baby weight. My family, especially my husband, are unsupportive, so previous attempts at dieting have failed miserably. I could use all the support you ladies are willing to offer!
  • I was wondering if anyone knew good exercises for core strengthening that aren't hard on the lower back. I broke mine in June and even after the surgery I still get sore. Any Ideas?
