Start out with girl pushups and work your way up

You have to have the I CAN ATTITUDE or you will never get the results you truly want Its not to late do 30 more now then you will have your 60 in But break them up do like 10 rest 20sec then do another ten until you get to 60 YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah that is for me too I still do the Girl push-ups Im working my way to the normal ones im hoping by the end of this month or few weeks I will have it

Nice I use to do Jillian now I do Insanity January challange is usually my morning workout and Insanity is my evening workout but today I did them both this morning
