Ok everyone today is the start date after you have done your workout log in mfp let me know how you did thanks guys. I will start with mine, I did my January Challande day 3 after my Insanity workout and I have to say it was not bad today now tomorrow im worried about the 60 star jumps

Thank you ladies you guys will Love it! Ive been doing it for 3 days now and I cant wait to see my progress just so you know the star jumps really kick your butt but it will be nice to see how far we come in a month :)

I dont workout everyday but I at least try to walk everyday with weights. My knees arnt the greatist

Huh thank you guys, I hurt my knees working at walkmart 5 years ago and they still dont feel great when i do some things.

One advice I can give you is to prepare you lunch and breakfast the day before. * This will help decrease the urge to get FAST FOOD *

My Goal is to loose 15lbs by the end of this month and Drink more whater at least a Gal a Day!

Also any suggestions you may have on how I shoul have my soy protien shake I usually do have my protien powder with just water and I drink it after a workout. Is that the best way?
