High calorie meaning between 1500-1700 as I was on 1200 cal whole of last year and gained weight..so was advice to eat high calories..i want to increase my calories but keep check on carbs to 150 gms.. how much do you think one should consume carbs in a day?

Thank you for your effort and making it available for us. As per MFP even if I change my setting to maintenance its giving me 1650 calories per day and as per the excel its 1700 for losing 15% under TDEE..will stick to 1700 and see the results and update...hope it works...thank you once again.
