Hello, I'm from Nottinghamshire, feel free to add me, I've got a pretty big weight loss target so I'll be around for a while! :D

199lbs would make me so happy but to start with just to get under 20 stone would do! x

Hello - I've got a large amount to loose too and also, due to various health problems, can't exercise a lot - I'm also hoping that loosing weight will help improve my health so I'm more mobile and then it will get a bit easier. I'm pretty proud of myself for resisting the temptation of naughty snacks at work this week, I…

I know exactly what you're saying, my 2 year old has just gone up to bed and I'm exhausted! I try to get my exercise doing family stuff like chasing her around the garden, going swimming together, etc but it's always tempting to reach for the sugary snacks come evening. I try to substitute or have naughty things in tiny…

Thanks ladies, I'm embarrassed to say exactly what my weight is but it's over 20stone :/ Getting to around the 15 stone mark would be amazing as I haven't weighed that little since I was a teenager!

Hi, I'll add you - I'm a bit older than you at 35 but need to loose a similar amount of weight and stop blaming it on the baby lol :D
-
Hi Robyn, another 35 year old here who feels like I'm starting over for the hundredth time  I like eating of pretty much any variety and wine far too much! I'm really trying to do it for real this time and loose more than the odd half a stone xx

I just come back to mfp after putting back on the weight I lost last year due to a combination of health problems and Christmas... feels a bit like 1 step forward 2 steps back at the moment so would welcome any new friends to help keep me on track :) I'm 31 and from the UK with ideally over 100lb to loose although any loss…

LOL! Me neither! Worst I've ever done was give my old phone number to a guy once!
-
Awww thanks you guys - I'm loving all the suggestions from 'just get over it' to 'go ahead and treat yourself' lol! I'm thinking share a portion is a good option as I really can't be bothered to go to the shops right now! I have fish fingers and oven chips in the freezer but they seem to have almost as many calories as the…

Roast in a 'Maggi So Juicy' bag - about 150 cals and 2 grams of fat per breast - garlic flavour is my fave! x

It makes me so angry that doctors everywhere are so varied in how helpful they are! Last year, living in East London, I had a lovely doctor and was offered free gym membership and 6 months subscription to Weight Watchers amongst other things. I didn't take advantage of it as we were about to move house away from the area.…

Hi :) I'm around 5'10 and my starting weight was over 327 - I'm hoping to get to any number beginning with 1 lol! I genuinely have a big frame so I don't want to end up looking gaunt, ironically my sister has always struggled to gain weight and hates how thin and bony she looks :(
-
Incredible! You look beautiful and sound so much more confident now! I hope you, your husband and your son have many healthy, happy years ahead :) A massive well done for your personal achievement and for being such a great inspiration to others! xxx

These sound Awesome! I'm thinking I'm gonna cheat a little by using low fat cream cheese icing though ;) Thanks for the recipe! xxx

Straight away! Well second time around lol! I was good friends with my husband's sister Rachel at university and met him, Paul, briefly at our graduation when he was only 16 ( oooh er! ) It wasn't love then as he was still a kid and I was in a long term relationship, but I do remember thinking how sweet and funny he was.…

Thanks ladies, I think it's one of those things that as soon as you hear about it you google search and then end up feeling much worse about it!

Anyone?

You're either not eating enough or not logging everything - and what about drinks? You also seem to eat most of your calories in one or two main meals, try to break it up into five or six smaller meals to keep yoir metabolism going :)
-
I just did that first workout too - I was so relieved when I looked on the training schedule and it said I didn't have to do it again untill Thursday lol! I'm just hoping I get fitter before it gets harder! Good luck! x

All my friends and family so couldn't believe these were low fat, I think I need to make some more real soon lol!

You're welcome :) I will say if you use jumbo oats the ones in the cupcake cases would pobably transport better on a journey or you can bake them a bit longer to make them crisper :D
