Hello
I want to properly commit to starting over again and really sticking to it this time and could do with a few new friends on here who are in a similar situation. My weight really crept up a few years back after problems conceiving and a miscarriage. I started on here in 2012 and lost over a stone but then found out I was pregnant and despite trying to eat healthily the weight piled back on. I also broke my leg whilst I was pregnant so was virtually immobile for months which didn't help! After an emergency cesarean and ongoing health problems since I can't really do any exercise or do much at all. Over the past year I keep loosing a few pounds then putting it back on and it's been going nowhere. I also work in an office which means I'm sat down surrounded by biscuits or a lot of the time lol! I have a wonderful husband who loves me just the way I am, but I feel like my weight and poor health are trapping me in a vicious circle. I have a very active 2 year old daughter who can now out run me and I'd love to have more children in the future so I really need to get a grip and do something before it's too late. Initially I'd like to loose around 5 stone, although 10 is probably more like the amount I ought to loose! I've been doing Slimfast ( well the cheap Asda version anyway :p ) which has given me a fair kickstart of about 9/10lb lost in the past 5 weeks but I could do with a bit of support to keep me on track :)

Thanks ladies, I'm embarrassed to say exactly what my weight is but it's over 20stone :/ Getting to around the 15 stone mark would be amazing as I haven't weighed that little since I was a teenager!
