The only one that I would consider safe and has worked for me are PGX fiber supplements. It is plain and simple fiber. You take 1 or 2 20-30 minutes before your meal and it fills you up so you eat less. Make sure you read the directions AND talk to your dr. first.

Thanks for the encouragement, we've had members drop off too, and also have members who can't seem to find us. If I have time today I'm going to send out some messages to see if they can find us! I'm supposed to start level 2 tomorrow and I am not sure if I am looking forward to it or not!

when I've lost weight before I've gone down band size, but not cup size. However, everyone is different.

I don't mention diet, exercise etc, just that I'm trying to "get healthy". And that's only if someone notices, not something I bring up. My husband of course knows what I"m up to, but IMHO it's not necessary to make public info!

Looks like good results for most everyone! I think mine are so drastic is because I am NOT in the habit of a real work out. Sometimes I'll walk in the evenings but that is with my 4 year old son, so it's not like i get real winded like i do w/ Jillian! I am TERRIFIED to go to the next level!

I started this past Monday, I agree with the love/hate statements. I'm only on level 1, but it's a good work out. I find I'm sore in different areas, different days. I like that it's only 25 minutes, I log 30 because I march in place while i'm waiting for all the stuff i can't forward through. I REALLY didn't want to do it…

I just bought some plain greek yogurt to attempt that very thing, I have a dip recipe that is sour cream, ranch powder, shredded cheddar and bacon. I'm going to try the greek yogurt, ranch powder, low fat shredded cheddar and low sodium bacon.

Not exercise related, but I find it hysterical in level 1 when Natalie STOPS doing the lunges and just does the arms! I just discovered that you can turn off her voice and listen to the music, but I wish I could keep her voice and play my own music.

For me the pushups are my nemesis. My favorite are anything w/ the weights, makes me feel like a body builder or something!

My Oster is a few years old, so I'm not sure which model it is, but it has the blender pitcher, food processor and 2 individual cups! It is so versatile I love it! The blender works great on ice and frozen fruits!
