  • I become having the rash recently too. Oh I want to take my skin off. I have discovered a few products that makes me have a rash flair...like a anti mosquito spray I use. Let us not let fibro impede our walk to being healthy and fit.

  • I always have some metamucil coarse fiber so I eat two servings if I feel really hungry. Knowing that it will be good for my intestines help me not feel bad eating!

  • Been there, suffered that! Don't be discouraged...try to shift your calorie intake so your body don't get used to one fix number of calories daily. Also do cardio and add strength training. Sometimes your weight is just shifting or you are retaining water. Good luck!
  • Walking 1 or 2 miles was the only exercise I was getting at some point. In those days I kept my calorie intake between 1100 and 1200 but didn't add the exercise in the exercise rubric. My daily calorie expenditure is usually 1700 if I don't walk and 1900 if I walk that is like 1 to 1.5 at the end of the week!
