  • Yep this works for me plus lots of cardio. I also use all of the leg machines at my gym. I push weight that is a challenge so that by the end of 4 sets of 15 I literally cannot push another rep at all. So far so good working on removing the layer of fat so my muscles become visible...Lol

  • Not sure if you cando anything about loose skin besides surgery but until you find the answer....good (and comfy) support undies...makes a load of difference to how your clothes will fit and how you feel as your weight loss continues :smile:
