Yep that happended to me too. I was really worried but then I realised my running shoes were laced too tight! Oh and the socks... you gotta make sure you're wearing the right socks. You get that burning feeling if you don't.Once you get those things sorted you should be fine!

What I would say is ...YA-AY..about the weight loss so far..every bit helps. Maybe though since we tend to overestimate our exercise calories and underestimate our food calories you might consider not eating all of your exercise calories say only 70 -85% once you don't go below your baseline daily calorie goal. Just a…

Techincally sugar is a poison that can be tolerated by the body only up to a certain amount. Our tastebuds fool us into thinking otherwise but our entire body is literally gagging from the stuff:sick:

Yep...espcially the see-thru ones and then wearing a short shirt to boot. Sooooo bad!! Why do they do that???????

Tell me about it....I just got back from the supermarket with the same stuff as last time. Consistency is good though at least your bill should (in theory) be less of a surprise except for the constant mark-ups. Are they kidding me!!

It takes about six weeks to create a new habit. I read that somewhere a long time ago....sorry no reference... If its true then going everyday for a while is good because it develops the exercise habit. Trick is to vary your exercise so that you're not working the same muscles every day. There is nothing wrong with getting…

For me at least joining MFPs makes you really focus on your exercise, food and how to make your body work more efficiently and effectively. Logging everything keeps you in tune with the signs and signals that our bodies have been sending us for ages. Perhaps we feel good because we're finally listening. Being meticulous…

Hummus on everything...lol

Oh here's one - work harder for your food. Instead of havi snarfing down nuts by the handful, buy them in the shell and get them out yourself. It helps you eat less - especially pistachios - very hard work indeed..lol:smile:

Yep the plate size is a good tip that works!

I agree. Its better I think to do a full body shot because you can't really know beforehand which part of your body you'll lose the fat from. Yep around your waist is smaller but to be honest the mid-section (especially a side-view) is always going be the hardest place to notice a change in weight. Don't be disappointed…

Yep...I agree ..a STICKY!

 Hiya......just wanted to 'show up' for you on this post. I've got fibroids too but not so large. I first found out when my period went wonky...was the most tramatic experience I've had ever!! So about your surgery you're right you need to get your body ready for it now. It will thank you for it afterwards. Its…

 Make sure to really stretch before and after! Have a banana about one hour and a half before the race and just after. Be sure that you drink plenty of water the day before the race. No sense gulping down tons of water two hours before race time. Good luck..hope you have a great run!
-
That works for me too!
-
Yep.....same here...would love to know!
-
Thank you for this!! Bless!

I agree...go again today do something else or if you go on the treadmill work out at a lighter intensity. Helps you body learn to get use tothose muscles working. Of course if its really really uncomfotable or hurts its time to rest. Your body will tell you that's for sure.
