I totally agree with RunRutheeRun - "Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels" I Just remind myself how much I love feeling and looking slimmer, then the craving goes away!!

Fill the fridge with fruit; ditch the sugary snacks. If you work from home, fit in as many quick walks as you can.......who will know you stepped out for 15 mins to walk a mile?? If you walk more, you will have more calories to fit in those snacks (if you still want them!) Good luck x

Are you asking how to add it to MFP? I use the iPhone App - you need to hit the + key at the bottom of your screen in the middle, then select exercise. You may not find Tracy there, but you can add multiple other types of cardio or strength workouts. You can also create your own!

Same for me; I re-plan every single day with some room for the unexpected! It's the only way I can stay on track and plan in some treats.

Try walking! You don't need special equipment, you can just get up and go at a moment's notice when you have a spare 15/30 minutes. You will burn off calories (varies with weight, age, etc, but probably about 75 calories per mile!!) You can really enjoy exploring your local area!

Try a Nakd bar! Cocoa Loco and Cocoa Crunch are my favourites; these two are just over 100 calores each and they hit the chocolate spot, plus they fill you up because they contain only raw fruit and nuts; so virtuous!

I would recommend Ilumi meals instead (order online); they are nutritious and a good but moderate sized portion. Serve with vegetables instead of rice/potatoes to keep calories down. And they last for ages in your cupboard!
