I started mid-March of this year at 292 lbs. I'm now at 263! I am 5'6. I edited to say that this was taken about two weeks ago. I'm now at a loss 29 lbs.

Yes I do! Me and my husband both are on a lifestyle change. And even family frowns upon it. People will make negative comments like, Oh well, I'm going to eat what I want, and enjoy it. and ect. ect. Yes if you seen my previous post. My daughter had a birthday in Feb. actually. So it's been there a LONG time. She doesn't want me to take it down yet. So we've left it up.

I plan to start soon. I think it would help me, because 17lbs doesn't seem like a whole lot, but I know I've lost a lot of inches, ecspecially around my waist. Thanks :)
