I just wanted to post a picture of myself from today...I started MFP 44 days ago & have lost 27.5 pounds....I've got a long ways to go, but I'm a little over one-quarter of the way there :)

    I went from eating complete junk food, drinking tons of pop....to eating completely healthy. I eat lots of fruits & veggies..salads...chicken...fish....Morningstar products (veggie burgers)...yogurt, Special K...I reduced my mild from whole or 2% to skim.....no more pop, went completely to drinking lots of water......

    Another huge thing for me is exercise....from day 1 I have been walking...I'm walking 4 miles a day 6 days a week, and do weights 3 times a week.......
